Conditions and terms of booking with Kiboko Wilderness Adventures
Kiboko Wilderness Adventures will provide to the best of its ability liability insurance as governed by law of the country for your comfort and safety, however, it should be understood that all safaris and high altitude expedition are undertaken at client's risk.
From the time of arrival until the time of departure Kiboko Wilderness Adventures will ensure at its best the safety of every guest and his/her property during the time being with us. The company?s liability for passengers and their property carried in its own vehicles is governed by the laws of the country you are visiting in East Africa.
Kiboko Wilderness Adventures will be responsible for cancellations or non acceptance of reservations if it caused by the company. Nevertheless Kiboko Wilderness Adventures will use its best endeavors to provide all tours as confirmed, reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made without notice if deemed necessary or advisable by our experienced staff. Moreso the company reserves the right to subcontract all or any part of a service
IMPORTANT:
You are advised to take all the necessary precautions during safari and hiking by asking our professional guides for assistance before attempting anything. By doing this, we believe it will prevent inconveniences of National Park regulations break, injury or death. The company will be liable for any negligence cause.
INSURANCE:
We strongly advise our client to be adequately insured for the full duration of the tour in respect of illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and curtailment. The choice of insurer is the sole discretion of the client.
BOOKING PROCEDURE:
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance should be paid within one month prior to the safari date or further in advance. Failure to secure full payment may cause an unwelcome inconvenience.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation must be notified in writing and will take effect the day it is received by Kiboko Wilderness Adventures. This maybe inform of email,fax or mail.
The following penalties will apply :-
6 weeks prior to departure 0% of total deposit.
5-4 weeks prior to departure 40% of total deposit
3-2 weeks prior to departure 60% of total deposit
1 weeks prior to departure 80% of total deposit
Less than 1 week to no show 100% of cost of safari will be deducted and not refunded.
